Remove Debug module

It's me again, I face to an issue with Debug module that you are using. I made a PR to this project but owners without any logic explanation rejected the PR.

Is there any possibility to make json-rules-engine specific build without debug module?

@knalbandianbrightgrove I read through the PR you filed with debug, and although the response was a bit terse, think I agree with them. I too suspect that you may have a problem with the way babel is configured. debug is one of the most popular packages on npm (33 million downloads a week), and if this issue truly prevents IE8+ support (a very common requirement), then this issue would be affecting a very large number of people and generate a lot of noise.

I'd suggest re-evaluating how your build tooling is setup and doing additional research. Array.foreach is so ubiquitous in the js ecosystem, fighting to remove it from all your dependencies is neither a practical goal, nor a good use of your time. Feel free to provide additional details or cite sources, but based on what I know now, this sounds like a build config problem.

Array.prototype.forEach can be configured through Babel but it will pollute polyfill from core-js to global scope, and that is the exact issue.

Many developers as me working on SaaS products, when you adding your solution to another product (The best example is Google Analytics)

Generall problem explanation:
I'm working on the product which going to be injected into some of the Microsoft product.
And as we all "love" Microsoft they sometimes using the same method names for their purposes e.g. Array.prorotype.forEach with different logic

When we inject our product into Microsoft product with babel-pollyfilled forEach method, our product works perfectly, but all Microsoft solution is broken.

Let's forget about Debug, and talk about your awesome tool :)

Don't you think that would be nice if people can use json-rules-engine without DEBUG, as I think on production debug is an extra thing, of course, we're talking about 5Kb size, but however.

debug provides insight into the inner workings of json-rules-engine, and can be a critical tool when debugging rules and understanding what's going on under the hood. I'm concerned that removing it would turn the library into a "black box" of behavior.

Additionally, this feels like a poor justification for axing the dependency; the onus for this fix deserves to be placed on the party changing javascript's behavior (Microsoft), not on the libraries that work fine in a standard javascript runtime.

I realize your team isn't in a position to tell Microsoft that they shouldn't override forEach, so as a workaround, you could fork this project, remove debug and publish it under a new name.
