Summary

  • accept current Claude Agent SDK lifecycle/rate-limit and thinking events without leaking internal metadata to Anthropic responses
  • select the terminal text-bearing assistant message instead of a thinking-only preamble
  • forward Anthropic top-level system content into the Claude SDK system prompt
  • update the SDK lock to the current event-bearing release

Verification

  • ruff check ccproxy tests
  • pytest -q tests/plugins/claude_sdk (64 passed)
  • direct /claude/sdk/v1/messages proof returned the exact system-instructed JSON
  • broad suite: 1225 passed; remaining Copilot integration cases require unavailable credentials and one pre-existing unchanged streaming-converter assertion reproduces in isolation
