docs: add Managing Deployments guide

Summary

• Add a shared Managing Deployments page covering the in-browser Terminal, pause/resume, clone, revisions/rollback, logs, and the fact that scaling min/max replicas does not create a new revision.
• Document skipped create-form fields on LLM Serving, General Inference, Compute, and Jobs (logging, session affinity, model caching, config files, metrics, autoscaling). CServe custom-recipe internals are intentionally omitted.
• Link each deployment type page (including Dynamo) to the shared guide.
