Titan leads with sample=6973 in 24h, data healthy since the harness ship. Removing from REMOVED_BENCH_SLUGS so the slug renders on prod next revalidate. Cache keys bumped to bench-unfiltered-v32 + all-benchmarks-v35 so cached entries do not keep dropping the slug via the old prod gate. Co-authored-by: Florent Tapponnier <contact@mobula.io>

#1244) 3 dev-only specs copied to main. Previously ungated in earlier PRs but the file itself was never cherry-picked, so prod returned 404 or 410 despite the REMOVED_BENCH_SLUGS gate being lifted. * tokenized-stock-arb-latency.yml (080): cohort restricted to 6 liquid tickers (NVDA AAPL PLTR META AMD MU) after 5 illiquid dropped; harness fix (25 bps trigger + sub-poll capture) already on main. Removed from REMOVED_BENCH_SLUGS. * rpc-reliability.yml (083): data healthy (Nodies leader, sample 555, conf=healthy after Railway rebuild of rpc-capabilities + 4 new keyless providers). Removed from REMOVED_BENCH_SLUGS. * evm-block-builders.yml (085): ungated in v32 but file was never added to main (bug in earlier ship PR #1228). File now present. Cache keys bumped bench-unfiltered-v33 + all-benchmarks-v36 so cached v32/v35 entries pick up the 3 new slugs. Co-authored-by: Florent Tapponnier <contact@mobula.io>
