Cherry-pick of #1612 (feat/perp-cron-perps-warmup → dev).
Adds
/perpsto the hub warmup list in the health-check cron (runs every 5 min).Without this, the ISR render for
/perpswas triggered by the first real user after each 60s window instead of the cron. The warmup also triggersfetchPerpCohort()which refreshes the Upstash perp-cohort snapshot if stale.
