The API doesn't directly expose this so unless there is a standard scheme like fighter 1 is red or vice versa, idk we can do this.

Ignore the FINAL in the background. Added names and odds, the same odds for sports games like point spread doesn't exist for MMA, so need to know what data to include/show. I think the victory odds would be the best. If they are the underdog show that value or the favorite. It looks like it’s the first couple lines under both home and away athlete

Ok, which key specifically in the link above are u referencing just to make sure I pick the right thing. I'm not a betting guy so not super familiar with all the different values.
