LM-4951 missing excap files

The excap directory in the module is empty, so the lab doesn't work!

It should have the same contents as this repo:

Has this been fixed now? Looking at https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/devnet-express-code-samples/tree/master/LM-4951/excap I see files added mid-October. If so, let us know.
