Helm chart and compose to support the CT_TRUST_ALL_CERTS

The current version of the INTEL helm chart does not allow to set the CT_TRUST_ALL_CERTS environment variable that allow to configure the IDE plugin/extension to bundle with the trust all setting. So the end users needs to check this feature on the IDE setting to allow connection. This is also true on the compose file, at least we should have an example on how to enable this feature in the .env-example
