Fixes#3

This update adds inherited roadmap tags by default and supports data-roadmap="none" for roadmap-free slides.

Changes include:

  • inherited section behavior for untagged slides
  • roadmap-free slides via data-roadmap="none"
  • updated README, vignette, and examples
  • version bump and NEWS entry
