[Gradle Plugin] Allow setting multiple icon pack

e.g. So that we can have both MaterialSymbols and TablerIcons without having to use multiple modules.

The icon pack DSL can be extended to support an optional sourceFolder which if set makes the block look for icons in src/commonMain/valkyrieResources/{sourceFolder} as opposed to it's parent. Potentially there should be a check to ensure that sourceFolder is set if we detect the declaration of multiple icon pack

I can introduce this api:

Each named configuration supports the same properties as the root valkyrie { } block (packageName,
outputDirectory, resourceDirectoryName, autoMirror, codeStyle { }, imageVector { }, iconPack { }).

The new API looks fine to me. Somethings to note in my opinion:

• The custom configurations should inherit from main configuration
• For custom configuration probably have resourceSubdirectoryName instead of resourceDirectoryName (src/commonMain/valkyrieResources/{subdirectory})

In addition (probably better as a another feature request?) will be nice if icon pack had an option to generate icons in a subpackage such that i could have both MaterialSymbols and TablerIcons in same package without respective icons mixing
