[Idea] Add option to select the parent icon pack as import option

Hi,

When I create an IconPack that has a nested pack, when I try to import a icon it only gives me the option to select the nested packs.
Is it possible to also include the main package as a selection option?

On this example, it's not possible to select IconPack only the nested ones

The main idea was to only allow adding icons to nested packs. But if it's needed for the root pack as well, we can try to make that possible.

Let me explain my use case. Maybe there's another way to do it that I haven't realized.

I was using the IconPack without any nesting and already had several icons added. For example, MyIcons.Calendar

object MyIcons

However, a need arose for a new icon category, which I decided to nest to keep things more organized, so it became MyIcons.Flags.Brazil

object MyIcons {
    object Flags
}

I could create a "Default" category now for the standard icons, but that would be a lot of work since I would have to refactor all the places that are already using the icons.

I could also create another pack called "MyFlags" and put these new ones there, but I wanted to keep it simple by using just one class as a base.

Now, when I try to add more icons to the pack, the parent option no longer appears for selection. So to get it working the way I currently use it, I have to import it into Flags and then move it to MyIcons.
