Problem to start raiden network #1

Hi,
I have a problem to start the raiden network.
While starting docker-compose I get this error message:

      I have a problem to start the raiden network.

                  Hi,
                  I have a problem to start the raiden network.
                  While starting docker-compose I get this error message:
