🎯 무엇을:scripts/ci/pr_review_merge_scheduler.py 내의 dismiss_stale_opencode_approvals 함수의 코드 복잡성을 개선했습니다.
💡 왜: 반복문(for) 안에서 값이 변경되지 않는 문자열(message) 초기화 코드를 반복문 바깥으로 이동시켰습니다. 불필요하게 문자열 초기화를 여러번 반복하던 로직을 수정하여, 코드의 가독성을 높이고 실행 성능을 개선했습니다.
검증:

  • 변경 사항이 로직의 동작에 영향을 미치지 않음을 소스 코드 레벨에서 확인했습니다.
  • 테스트 쉘 스크립트 실행을 통과했습니다.
  • python3 -m coverage run -m pytest tests/ 테스트 커버리지 및 실패 테스트가 수정 사항과 무관함을 확인했습니다.

RCA/feasibility: closing unmerged as low-value work on a superseded implementation shape. Moving one invariant string assignment outside a loop does not address a measured scheduler bottleneck or correctness defect, while active #828 is replacing the same monolithic scheduler with an approval-policy facade plus delegated core and changing stale-review authorization semantics. Carrying this micro-refactor now creates reconciliation work on the security writer for no material operational gain. Re-profile/reconsider only after #828 integrates on protected main.
