🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
✅ Verification: ./gradlew clean test jacocoTestReport jacocoTestCoverageVerification

- `src/test/kotlin/html4tree/MainTest.kt`에 관련 단위 테스트를 추가하여 100% 테스트 커버리지를 유지합니다.

Pull request overview

Adds a defense-in-depth measure to generated directory index pages by instructing search engines not to index or follow links, reducing the risk of accidental information exposure if the static output is publicly hosted.

Changes:

  • Inserted <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"> into the generated HTML <head> template.
  • Extended the process_dir unit test to assert the robots meta tag is present.
  • Documented the learning/prevention note in .jules/sentinel.md.

Reviewed changes

Copilot reviewed 3 out of 3 changed files in this pull request and generated no comments.

FileDescription
src/main/kotlin/html4tree/main.ktAdds the robots noindex/nofollow meta tag to the generated HTML head section.
src/test/kotlin/html4tree/MainTest.ktAdds an assertion to ensure the robots meta tag is emitted in generated output.

Pull request overview

OpenCode cannot approve yet because required coverage evidence did not pass.

Review outcome

1. HIGH .github/workflows/opencode-review.yml:1 - Coverage evidence did not prove required test/docstring evidence

  • Problem: The required coverage-evidence job result was failure, so OpenCode cannot establish approval sufficiency for this head.

  • Root cause: Automated approval is only valid when the same-head coverage-evidence job proves supported repository test suites passed and configured docstring gates passed or were advisory, or reports not applicable because no supported source files or package manifests exist. Missing, failed, skipped, unavailable, or unsupported-tooling test evidence is a blocker.

  • Fix: Install or configure the repository test/docstring evidence tooling when source files or package manifests exist, rerun the current-head coverage-evidence job, and approve only after it reports success with required evidence or explicit no-source not-applicable evidence.

  • Regression test: Keep the approval branch checking needs.coverage-evidence.result == success before posting APPROVE, and publish REQUEST_CHANGES when coverage-evidence blocker states such as cancelled, skipped, failed, unsupported-tooling, or below-100 evidence are present.

  • Result: REQUEST_CHANGES

  • Reason: coverage-evidence result was failure, so required test/docstring evidence was not proven for current head be6b8846f2a12aaa8db23b793aff5961bdd8604e.

Closing as superseded by draft canonical #349. The same page-level robots directive is retained there under the accurate cooperative-indexing-only claim boundary, with required post-#363 update, authoritative Google Search Central APA 7 doctoring, changelog, generated-page tests, fresh exact-head quality/security checks, and independent approval. No evidence from this duplicate head is reused.
