The same root-directory display-label fallback is retained there under a current-base accessibility contract. #364 must be rebuilt after #363, compute and escape one shared label, test root and ordinary paths through real generated output, add APA 7 doctoring and changelog, and pass fresh exact-head gates plus independent approval. No evidence from this duplicate head is reused.
