Add Event Selection URL State

Description

Allow a selected event to be represented in the browser URL so that event details can be refreshed or shared without losing context.

Acceptance Criteria

Selecting an event updates URL state.

Reloading the page restores the selected event where available.

Invalid event identifiers fail gracefully.

Closing the detail view restores the appropriate URL state.
