Add Configuration Schema Validation

Introduce schema-based validation for application configuration to make invalid configuration failures deterministic.

Acceptance Criteria

Configuration fields have explicit types.

Required values are validated.

Numeric and enumerated values are validated.

Validation errors identify the affected configuration field.
