Process honesty: third batch, same lesson

First-pass draft had 16 over-length entries (vs 18 in batch 2, 8 in batch 1) plus 4 rubric-token misses. Two iterations needed to clean.

I keep saying "draft tighter" between batches and keep failing to internalize it. The 280 ceiling is real but my drafting brain treats it as a target rather than a hard limit. Committing to a 250-char working ceiling for batch 4 — that gives margin for the rubric-token threading that always adds 5-15 chars.
