Rename universal overlays to all-* and FastAPI-coupled overlays to fastapi-*, split Docker per stack (fastapi/django/celery), and drop legacy python-* paths. Celery Docker now ships Redis with BROKER_URL env parity. CI enforces the extension folder naming law. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
