ci(dist): prove smoke-distribution.yml green (uvx/Docker/Homebrew/AUR)

Problem

Epic #9 / #62 added smoke-distribution.yml, but the workflow has never successfully run on this repo. Distribution channels look “live” (PyPI/Homebrew/AUR/Docker at 0.1.0) without CI proof that they stay consistent — unlike CNA, which runs distribution smoke successfully on a schedule.

Acceptance criteria

• Manually dispatch smoke-distribution.yml on main and get all jobs green at least once
• Schedule enabled (or documented why not) matching CNA cadence
• Jobs cover: uvx install + --version/--help, Docker image, Homebrew formula check, AUR version cross-check (or skip with explicit reason)
• Failures produce actionable logs (no silent skips)
• Link a green run URL in this issue before closing

Non-goals

• Rewriting publish pipelines (separate issues)
