Extend the cross-platform scaffold smoke test to include addon combination tests, not just individual template scaffolding.
Current behavior
scaffold-cross-platform.yml tests that each template can be scaffolded on ubuntu/macos/windows, but does not test any addon combinations.
Expected behavior
Add a matrix entry (or separate job) that scaffolds a representative template with a selection of compatible addons to verify the full addon resolution and injection pipeline works cross-platform.
