Summary

  • Replace the 4-line TROUBLESHOOTING.md stub with CNA-depth coverage adapted for CPA
  • Document Python version, catalog/slug errors, cache management, offline mode, uv sync, git clone, incompatibleWith, CI reproduction, and distribution channels

Closes#169

Test plan

  • Verified doc renders as valid Markdown
  • Cross-checked commands against create-awesome-python-app CLI and CPA_* env vars
  • Maintainer review for accuracy and completeness
