…ionManager 退役 零真实使用、无参数通道、实例上下文逃逸、与 Bench 多实例语义双轨冲突（2026-08-19 评估，负责人确认）。 内置函数 41→37；IPluginHost 仅余插件函数；Core 断开对 V6 workflow 服务的 Lazy 桥； 未完成事项 #5（双执行入口）随之关闭，入口收敛为 WorkflowRunner 单一路径。
