[plotly.js] Update to include sunburst specific properties and sunburstclick event

The documentation on sunburst point data seems to be non-existent, and it seems to have very different properties to the existing PlotDatum definition (the docs say that it depends on trace type) so I made a new SunburstPlotDatum definition with all the properties I could sensibly figure out! Descriptions are in the test. Hope this is suitable!

If for reason the any rule need to be disabled, disable it for that line using // tslint:disable-next-line [ruleName] and not for whole package so that the need for disabling can be reviewed.
