Summary

Archive completed OpenSpec change cursor-version-probe-targeting after its implementation PR (#718) merged, syncing the accepted agent-catalog, agent-version-probing, and lifecycle-reconciliation deltas into openspec/specs/.

Main specs now require Cursor CLI to keep catalog identity name=cursor, binaryName=agent, aliases ["agent"], while version probing locates cursor-agent first via an internal targeting table and probes that resolved absolute path. The catalog JSON, public AgentVersionProbe type, and v1 root declaration stay unchanged.

Also adds a one-line keep comment under src/lifecycle/ so classify sets run_test_matrix=true and test (macos-latest) actually runs (protect-main requires it; pure openspec PRs would otherwise skip macOS).

• Product-path keep comment in src/lifecycle/uninstall-postcondition.ts is only to satisfy protect-main's required test (macos-latest) without changing protect-main or workflow YAML.
• Did not touch shelved changes release-one-line-delivery, release-pr-skip-human-heuristics, or windows-ci-advisory-merge-gate.
• No YAML. No SDK. No CLI behavior change in this PR. No v1 root export expansion.
