The following libraries shall be updated:

  • harfbuzz: 14.1.0 → 14.3.0
  • expat: 2.7.5 → 2.8.2
  • mpg123: 1.33.4 → 1.33.7
  • libxmp-lite: 4.7.0 → 4.7.2
  • wildmidi: 0.4.6 → 0.5.0
  • fluidsynth: 2.5.3 → 2.5.7
  • fmt: 12.1.0 → 12.2.0
  • lhasa: 0.5.0 → 0.6.0
  • SDL3: 3.4.4 → 3.4.14

This pull request will adapt to changes made in the repository.

Jenkins: Test this please

Potentially problematic changes:

Harfbuzz got (again!) a new library: gpu. Probably should be also disabled.

expat added getentropy to improve some hashing function.

Wildmidi has some new features, opl synth and sf2 support. Likely will increase library size.
