Goal

Convert the launch-a-dialog model into a tray-resident app — the single biggest UX upgrade.

Scope

  • System-tray icon, always available.
  • Live time-remaining display while elevated (e.g. "Admin — 23:41 left").
  • One-click Extend and Revoke now from the tray menu.
  • Status pill: Standard vs. Admin.

Depends on

Acceptance

  • User can request, see remaining time, extend, and revoke without re-launching anything.
  • Revoke/extend route through the existing WCF service calls.
