feat: Multi-agent — specialized roles (Planner, Researcher, Executor, Reviewer)

Goal

Define and implement the 4 main specialized agent roles that compose the standard teamcode swarm.

Roles

🧠 Planner

• Receives the user task
• Decomposes it into subtasks with dependencies
• Produces a structured TaskPlan

🔍 Researcher

• Receives search/analysis subtasks
• Accesses tools: code search, file reading, LSP
• Produces ResearchResult with relevant context

⚙️ Executor

• Receives implementation subtasks
• Writes/modifies code using existing tools
• Integrates with worktree/ for branch isolation

✅ Reviewer

• Receives the Executor's output
• Validates quality, tests, coverage
• Approves or returns to Executor with feedback

Scope

• Create swarm/roles/planner.ts
• Create swarm/roles/researcher.ts
• Create swarm/roles/executor.ts
• Create swarm/roles/reviewer.ts
• Each role has its own system prompt and allowed tool set
• Support different models per role (e.g., Planner uses Claude Opus, Executor uses Sonnet)

Acceptance criteria

• Each role runs in isolation and is unit-testable
• Configurable via opencode.jsonc

Implemented core role structure. Created src/swarm/roles/ with planner.ts, researcher.ts, executor.ts, reviewer.ts. Each exports types, system prompts, and config schemas. Part of #2.

Progress update — roles now registered as built-in agents.

New commits:

• Created swarm/roles/ with planner.ts, researcher.ts, executor.ts, reviewer.ts (types, system prompts, config schemas)
• Created agent/prompt/planner.txt, researcher.txt, executor.txt, reviewer.txt (system prompts as .txt files)
• Registered Planner, Researcher, Executor, Reviewer as native subagent agents in agent.ts with tailored tool permissions
• swarm templates already reference these role names — the orchestrator can now dispatch them via agentSvc.get("planner")

Remaining for full completion: per-role model config in teamcode.json schema, end-to-end tests with swarm templates.

Progress update — swarm roles now configurable in teamcode.json.

Added planner, researcher, executor, and reviewer to the config schema in both agent and mode (deprecated) fields. Users can now set per-role model overrides and prompts:

The four roles are now:

• ✅ Registered as native subagents in Agent service
• ✅ Listed in config schema for per-role overrides
• ✅ Have system prompts (.txt files) with tailored tool permissions
• ✅ swarm templates already reference the role names

Remaining: end-to-end tests with swarm templates dispatching these roles.
