Adds Armstrong/WE/Docile dose table entries and route rationale to the LCMV infection protocol, a per-mouse reagent/consumables prep checklist to IEL isolation, and reworks liver digestion (v2.0, merged with AG Surace SOP #1). Re-renders affected HTML/PDF outputs and refreshes the search/listings indices. Trims CLAUDE.md and adds the create-lab-document skill. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
