FYI: The Ubuntu 18 images will be deprecated in November (even though the official EOL for 18.04 is next April). See actions/runner-images#6002. |

@mcserep Thank you, I did it. @whisperity I know it's gonna go deprecated but while we still support it, CI should be able to run properly. |

Build2 v0.14.0 is no longer working in the GitHub workflow ("invalid version error"), so the build actions fail on Ubuntu 18.04. I upgraded it to 0.15.0.
