The error "Undefined identifier in line 1929 (called from line 530) [ iterator ] = title;" keeps appearing after manual thresholding of the first image in my folder.
The macro produces a corrected and output folder. The corrected folder contains all the corrected images from the folder. The output folder contains all of the corrected images as well, plus the RGB image, the thresholded images for each channel, the set of measurements for each punctum, but NOT the copy of the original image with white overlays.
I thought it might be an issue with my naming conventions, but I tried renaming all the files and it always stops after the first image, whatever the name. It stops whether I use TIFF or RGB images, and whether I need to pick channels or not. Because no one else has reported this, I thought maybe it was something to do with the December 2024 update, but using an older version results in the same error.
