Hi, I'm Eugene 👋

Data engineer at enGen (Highmark Health) in Los Angeles. I build and run ETL pipelines for healthcare claims and eligibility data — 20M+ records moving through Teradata and BigQuery in a HIPAA-regulated environment, with zero tolerance for silent data loss.

Currently: Teradata → BigQuery migrations, dbt modeling, and Control-M orchestration — pipelines that fail loudly, validate themselves, and stay boring in production.
