Keep history of explained commands and allow selecting previous command again using arrow keys

[this is not a bug, rather an enhancement request]

It would be great if I could go through kmdr explain's history much like I can go through Bash history, using the arrow keys on my keyboard. E.g. to allow explaining a very similar command with a few added parameters etc.
