Unrelated windows-sys dependency downgrades in lockfile

Low Severity

This PR only intends to bump tar from 0.4.44 to 0.4.45, but the Cargo.lock includes eight unrelated windows-sys dependency downgrades (e.g., os_pipe from 0.61.2 to 0.45.0, rustix/errno/tempfile/winapi-util from 0.61.2 to 0.52.0). Since tar doesn't depend on windows-sys at all, these changes indicate the lockfile was fully regenerated rather than minimally updated. While technically valid (all version constraints are satisfied), this represents unnecessary dependency resolution drift in an otherwise scoped PR.

Unrelated windows-sys dependency downgrades in lockfile
Low Severity
This PR only intends to bump tar from 0.4.44 to 0.4.45, but the Cargo.lock includes eight unrelated windows-sys dependency downgrades (e.g., os_pipe from 0.61.2 to 0.45.0, rustix/errno/tempfile/winapi-util from 0.61.2 to 0.52.0). Since tar doesn't depend on windows-sys at all, these changes indicate the lockfile was fully regenerated rather than minimally updated. While technically valid (all version constraints are satisfied), this represents unnecessary dependency resolution drift in an otherwise scoped PR.

Overview

Updates the desktop Tauri app’s Rust lockfile to pull in tar0.4.45 (from 0.4.44).

Unrelated windows-sys dependency downgrades in lockfile
Low Severity
This PR only intends to bump tar from 0.4.44 to 0.4.45, but the Cargo.lock includes eight unrelated windows-sys dependency downgrades (e.g., os_pipe from 0.61.2 to 0.45.0, rustix/errno/tempfile/winapi-util from 0.61.2 to 0.52.0). Since tar doesn't depend on windows-sys at all, these changes indicate the lockfile was fully regenerated rather than minimally updated. While technically valid (all version constraints are satisfied), this represents unnecessary dependency resolution drift in an otherwise scoped PR.
