Summary

• add the hidden PROJECTS-owned unified guide-compilation executor for an existing authorized attempt
• preserve the one-call dispatch fence and exact immutable context
• classify known invalid output separately from uncertain provider failures
• keep setup-ledger mutation, policy projection, queues, routes, and live cutover out of scope

Safety boundary

The command accepts only an existing attempt ID. It does not reconstruct human authority, add a new AUTH action, expose provider material, or make the path live. Replays and uncertain outcomes do not redispatch the provider.

• Docker/Linux backend image build: pass
• focused Linux lifecycle and authorization tests against isolated PostgreSQL and MinIO: pass
• structural, ownership, lane-registration, stale-wording, Markdown-link, and chunk-state gates: pass
• canonical semantic proof: 4,147 of 4,147 nodes, seven lanes, zero skips or deselection
• repository coverage: 91.20%; every materially changed production file: at least 90%
• source, tests, and CI are unchanged after the exact semantic-test head; later commits bind evidence and terminology only
