Npm do not found the package

[Bonnary]

I have tried to reinstall it several times both in yarn add and npm install after I save it always gives the error

"Error: [BABEL] C:\Users\Bonnary\Desktop\nike-website\src\Components\Hero.js: Cannot find module 'C:\Users\Bonnary\Desktop\nike-website\node_modules\semver\index.js'. Please verify that the package.json has a valid "main" entry (While processing: "C:\Users\Bonnary\Desktop\nike-website\node_modules\babel-preset-react-app\index.js")"

and after I uninstall the package every this back to normal.
