feat(app): add Compose sensor flows

Adds Compose screens for browsing, previewing, and understanding available sensors.

What was added

• Sensor preview list and live-value presentation.
• Detailed sensor metadata screen.
• Central mapping from sensor types to icon resources.

How it works

Domain SensorDescriptor values are rendered by the preview screen. Selecting a sensor navigates to the details view, while observed values refresh the preview through state updates. Icon mapping keeps platform sensor identifiers out of the UI components.
