refactor(wear): remove legacy adapters and recording UI

Removes wearable UI infrastructure superseded by the Compose dashboard and domain recording flow.

What was added

• Removal of RecyclerView-style menu, sensor, and settings adapters.
• Removal of legacy graph rendering classes.
• Removal of the standalone real-time recording service.

How it works

The Compose screens introduced earlier render lists and live sensor values directly from view-model state, so adapter-owned view binding is no longer needed. Recording lifecycle and value observation now run through the wearable domain use cases and shared measurement services.
