Direction

Remove BLAKE3 from the complete workspace without replacing it with another generic hash abstraction.

Each existing use will be classified by its real task and replaced at the nearest operational contact: exact canonical identity, payload/frame integrity, cache invalidation, receipt naming, witness binding, codec state, or display abbreviation. The generic DigestRole/RoleDigest router is a deletion target.

The initial workflow-only commit exports the exact governed source tree for local development because container DNS cannot reach GitHub. That bootstrap upload step will be removed before closure.

This PR is stacked on the completed symbolic commitment pass and remains draft while the role-by-role cutover is implemented and verified.

Remove BLAKE3 from the complete workspace without replacing it with another generic hash abstraction.
Each existing use will be classified by its real task and replaced at the nearest operational contact: exact canonical identity, payload/frame integrity, cache invalidation, receipt naming, witness binding, codec state, or display abbreviation. The generic DigestRole/RoleDigest router is a deletion target.
The initial workflow-only commit exports the exact governed source tree for local development because container DNS cannot reach GitHub. That bootstrap upload step will be removed before closure.
This PR is stacked on the completed symbolic commitment pass and remains draft while the role-by-role cutover is implemented and verified.
