Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.

Prerequisites

What things you need to install the software and how to install them

  • Database server such as phpMyAdmin
  • Server such as Apache
  • Web browser such as Chrome

Installing

Steps that tell you how to get a development envirnoment running

  1. Download the whole zip/clone the repo
  2. Copy files to server hosting location
  3. Import pre-defined database into phpMyAdmin

Running the tests

Use any of the load testing softwares or platforms for this

Break down into end to end tests

Test the application with

  1. Lowest possible input
  2. Highest possible input
  3. Most common inputs

And coding style tests

Steps to test in coding style for developers, programmers or white-box testers

  1. Make your changes in the code
  2. Save it successfully
  3. Try appropriate input data and verify the output obtained

Deployment

Steps to deploy the application successfully

  1. Start Web server (Apache) and Database server (phpMyAdmin)
  2. Host copied project in any localhost, networks or DNS.

Built With

  • HTML - For creating web pages and web apps
  • CSS - Styling management
  • JavaScript - For client computations
  • PHP - Used to generate SQL Feeds and server computation
