Generate badge data and store in datastore

Currently the badge server provides a force_run_check option to force regenerate new badge status data to update the cache. Instead of doing this we will need to:

• Create a script for generating badge data.
• Remove the badge for separate checks, only keep the one badge.
• In the function for generating one badge image, get the data from datastore, don't calculate on the flight.
