Memorialize mainsite #445

Description

@agonzalez22

To do this, you must be logged into HackBeanBot on GitHub, and the dev@hackbeanpot.com account on vercel.

First, check if mainsite has any outstanding bugs. If it does, take note of them. This will be important. You can check if mainsite has any bugs by visiting www.hackbeanpot.com or spinning up the mainsite locally.

Merge Prod -> Dev to ensure everything is up to date.

On the HackBeanBot account on GitHub, fork the core repo and rename it 2026-website

In vercel, you must now add a new project

Image

The rest is relatively straightforward, you may have a few questions that you can check in with @agonzalez22 about.

Fill out and make sure that the root directory is apps/main, and then rename project to be something like 2026-core-website (look for what 2025 is named and follow the naming conventions).

You will then deploy to 2026.hackbeanpot.com <-- (need to set this in deploy settings)
