Andre's fixes to the big app portal merge

▶ Changelist:

  • Makes the backend consistently resolve the _test suffixed collections when running in dev mode (also a suggested change on original PR)
  • Updates the DB seeding script to align with the data model that landed in the big merged PR
  • Updates example env NEXTAUTH_URL to fix the 404 I was getting when testing. (also a suggested change on original PR)
  • Improves the UI on the applicant detail page to better reflect the tightened constraints on the RSVP status from the new state machine

📝 Notes + 🚧 TODO:

  • The UI issue I found is not fixed here since I think its an issue that deserves a dedicated PR

▶ Changelist:

Andre's fixes to the big app portal merge
▶ Changelist:
  • Makes the backend consistently resolve the _test suffixed collections when running in dev mode (also a suggested change on original PR)
  • Updates the DB seeding script to align with the data model that landed in the big merged PR
  • Updates example env NEXTAUTH_URL to fix the 404 I was getting when testing. (also a suggested change on original PR)
  • Improves the UI on the applicant detail page to better reflect the tightened constraints on the RSVP status from the new state machine
📝 Notes + 🚧 TODO:
  • The UI issue I found is not fixed here since I think its an issue that deserves a dedicated PR
