The Hallou Lab is an interdisciplinary research group that develops computational and experimental approaches to understanding the role of mechanical and biochemical signals in cell fate decisions and tissue dynamics during development, regeneration, and disease. We use cutting-edge tools based on single-cell and spatial multi-omics, advanced microscopy, mechanobiology, machine learning and AI to investigate the mechanisms of inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis, uveitis and IBD, as well as fibrosis (IPF and scleroderma) and cancer.
