Request: Asturias flag

I see that you already added several flags of the regions of Spain. I am missing one of the most emblematic. [The flag of Asturias](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Asturias). It is not only the flag of the region, but also their language, Asturian.
