Laser control button issue

I've noticed this for a while but had trouble describing the issue. I think I understand now how to trigger it:

1. Activate live mode
2. Turn on a laser (check the box and click "open shutters")
3. Deactivate live mode
4. Reactivate live mode

After the last step the laser will be off, even though the shutter is supposed to be open and the laser's box is checked. In order to turn the laser back on it's necessary to do some combination of closing the shutters and unclicking / reclicking the check box. This may sound like a minor issue but it can actually lead to some really confusing results when trying to align the microscope, cc @HaoyangRong
