22 · Radom, Poland 🇵🇱 · solo dev · founder of HCK_Labs · I ship real products in public, at night, after taxi shifts.
A year and a half ago I was scanning barcodes in a warehouse in the Netherlands. Since then: an app on the Microsoft Store, and a game built in 48 days of nights after taxi shifts.
Everything I have built has earned 70 zł. I keep building anyway, in public, where you can check every line.

January 2022. Twelve million dollars. No product. Train models on the real Chinchilla scaling law, rent or buy compute that ages twice, fund research, and outlast fourteen rival labs seeded from the real 2022 to 2026 release timeline. You are not buying upgrades, you are timing them.
First commit on 2 August 2026. Forty-eight days later: 5 public versions · 474 commits · 1,418 + 65 tests. A city, rented offices with your name on the door and a server room with a climate are next. Steam: October to November 2026.

Nine months in a warehouse in the Netherlands. 15 km a day, scanning barcodes. Coding every night on a laptop that hits 94°C, because I was afraid of disappearing.
Lost the job on 22 December, three days before Christmas, with the apartment attached. Started rebuild #4 that night. Shipped the first .exe three weeks later.
A year on: twelve dead projects behind it, Google's AI programme finished, and the last line of a roadmap I never believed I would reach: live on the Microsoft Store.
Now I drive a taxi ten to twelve hours a day and build at night. In August that turned into a game.
The long versions, with dates and numbers: Fourteen months, month by month · From a warehouse floor to the Microsoft Store · Forty-eight days, a taxi, and a game
