Summary

  • add an All / Needs-you TaskBoard view backed by the existing needs_you projection
  • preview bounded durable Session transcript context and answer shared pending inputs inline
  • add contextual Task list keyboard flow and current-first read-only Session search previews
  • reduce the inspector to Agent / Details and expose the existing pane split and Session-reference fork actions

Conflict resolution

This branch was rebased onto origin/main after PR #214 merged. The follow-up was ported into #214's responsibility-owned TaskBoard modules; it does not restore the earlier monolithic page or replace the existing Task, Session, pane-tree, input-queue, transcript, or fork models.

The unrelated OpenClaw and Superdot research documents in the local worktree are excluded.

Open PR #87 also changes apps/desktop/src/App.tsx and apps/desktop/src/i18n/strings.ts. It is already reported DIRTY against current main; if revived, it should rebase after this follow-up rather than being folded into this PR.

Verification

  • bun run lint
  • bunx tsc --noEmit
  • focused TaskBoard/model/rendered tests: 68 passed, 276 assertions
  • full desktop suite: 848 passed across 145 files, 5,034 assertions
  • bun run build:renderer: 6,604 modules transformed
  • bun run mutation:taskboard: 86 valid mutants killed, 84 compile errors, 0 survived, 100% score
  • bun test script/verify/checks.test.ts: 5 passed
  • bun script/verify/docs.ts
  • bun script/verify/sdlc.ts
  • bun script/verify/sdlc.ts --worktree
  • git diff --check

Fresh Browser acceptance covered desktop dark/light and 760x900 narrow layouts. All / Needs-you reduced ten visible Tasks to two; J moved selection and focus; the narrow inspector was a 360px fixed dialog with inert background, focus entry, and focus restoration. No relevant console warnings or errors were present.

Risk

  • Core-backed transcript retrieval and permission mutation are verified through deterministic model, rendered callback, queue-state, and App wiring tests; the isolated renderer fixture has no live provider Session.
  • Human review is required before merge. This PR does not release or deploy anything.
