feat: add shared CLI Web UI

• reuse the existing React renderer through one Core transport seam with Electrobun and paired-Web adapters
• add a bounded authenticated Core command route plus codetwo-server webui with packaged Vite assets, deterministic data/UI directories, browser opening, and --no-open
• keep the compact remote mode backward compatible and reuse one shared Kernel dispatcher instead of a second product runtime
• include the requested Web UI polish: C2 favicon, neutral transient-composer focus state, and aligned sidebar trailing controls
