What is meaning?
This failure is in more as one Map...

Why can the stages not implemented into the database?

Do you have influx_zones_timer loaded? Are you late-loading the plugins?

Zone Plugin is loading after Core Files...
I have an another error in my errorlog files too... "L 02/08/2018 - 18:12:22: [influx_zones.smx] [Influx] Couldn't load zone NA Stage 2 with type 6 from file! (id: 2)"
he could not load the stages, but they were recreated for the second time.

It still sounds like you do not have any of the zone plugins loaded (influx_zones_stage, etc.) Try 'sm plugins list' in server console and see if they are running correctly.
